Honey is one of the most popular natural products in the world. In every supermarket you can find the golden variety - from white to golden yellow to dark amber. Basically, two types of honey are distinguished: Flower honey from collected nectar and forest honey, which consists of honeydew from spruce, oak and fir trees, collected there by the bees. Each type of honey has its own characteristics and distinctive taste.

But what many do not know: Honey from the supermarket is almost always a mixed product from numerous honeys from all over the world. One looks in vain for exact regions or countries of origin on many honey jars and labels. The only thing that has to be officially declared is whether the honey is from the EU or non-EU. Most of the time, you will find a mixture of both.

The special thing about our Waldkraft honey is that it comes from a single bee colony and from a precisely known region. There are less than 30 meters between the bee colony and the Waldkraft manufactory. The peaceful bee colony stands undisturbed in the middle of the green garden of our Waldkraft production facility. In the quiet north of Berlin-Buch, the bees find a variety of different trees and flowers.

One of our employees is a trained beekeeper and last year he was looking for a safe, protected place for his bee colony. As nature-loving people, we naturally couldn't help ourselves and offered him our forest power garden. Now a bee colony is happily buzzing away behind our site. So the contact with the manufacturer can hardly be closer.

During beekeeping and honey harvesting, our beekeeper naturally pays attention to gentle processing so that the honey does not lose its taste and structure. With Waldkraft honey you get a natural food, as it can only be produced by the busy little bees. Our honey is bottled without adding or removing any ingredients. So you can enjoy our Waldkraft multi-flower honey completely unadulterated and full of flavor. So that you can enjoy pure well-being, we do our best every day. The 2023 honey harvest

Our honey harvest from 2023 is very sweet in taste and beautifully golden. As we do not buy in or mix honey, the quantity of available products is limited. The next harvest will be available in August 2024. 

We deliberately avoid plastic packaging, which is why you receive our Waldkraft honey in reusable jars. So you can rinse them later and use them, for example, as storage vessels for your herbs, spice mixtures or homemade jam.
