Ashwagandha and its ingredients       

Our Ashwagandha capsules contain a patented premium extract (KSM-66®) which, unlike other extracts, contains 5% withanolides. Withanolides are secondary plant substances that belong to the so-called steroid lactones. They are formed by natural oxidation processes from plant steroids. You probably already know steroids, because we humans also form these molecules. As in plants, steroids are also an important component of cell walls in us humans. Ashwagandha contains mainly withaferin A, withanolide D and withanoside IV.

Neither alcohol nor chemical solvents are used in the process. Milk, which is used in many other products, is also completely absent here.
