Our Floratur EM Bio is an exceptional composition of ten fermented wild, spice and medicinal plants in organic quality, mixed with 28 effective microorganisms, i.e. various beneficial lactic acid bacteria and yeasts. The mixture contributes to normal functioning of the human digestive tract and supports its functions.
 

Fermentation

For our Floratur EM Bio, the valuable organic plants are fermented lactic acid on sugar cane molasses and mixed with effective microorganisms. Through their multiplication, the beneficial bacteria are able to transform the herbs within ten days. In this process, the molasses, which serves as food for the microbial cultures, is completely consumed after the fermentation process. The fermentation process makes raw ingredients more digestible and easier for the body to absorb. After ten days, a 100% natural, fresh organic drink is created in this way, which supports the body on many different levels.
 

Ten digestive plants

In the recipe of Floratur EM Bio you will find 10 fermented plants, all of which have a beneficial effect on digestion and have a long tradition in medicine.

• Chamomile Chamomile (lat. Chamomilla recutita/Matricaria recutita) contains the essential oil Oleum Chamomillae, flavonoids and coumarins and is used both externally and internally.

• Peppermint (lat. Mentha x piperita) provides the essential oil menthol, flavonoids and tannins, such as rosmarinic acid and is used supportively in gastrointestinal complaints.

• Thyme (lat. Thymus vulgaris) - the effect of the thyme herb is attributed to its essential oil (with thymol and carvacrol as the main ingredients), as well as phenolic monoterpenes, flavonoids, saponins and tannins. The herb is used, among other things, for digestive problems.

• Artichoke (lat. Cynara scolymus) contains, among other things, caffeic acid, bitter substances and flavonoids, which are held responsible for the healing effect of the plant. The artichoke promotes bile production, supports the liver and has a detoxifying effect.

• Stinging nettle (lat. Urtica) is full of useful ingredients, including flavonoids, such as rutin, organic acids such as caffeoyl malic acid, vitamins, minerals and an essential oil. The stinging hairs contain, among other things, histamine and serotonin.

• Fennel (lat. Foeniculum vulgare) carries in itself, among other things, the fennel oil, vitamin C, vitamin K, beta-carotene and all B vitamins, as well as iron and potassium.
   
• Anise (lat. Pimpinella anisum) provides a lot of essential oil, which is often used in medicine for flatulence and bloating.
   
• Oregano (lat. Origanum vulgare) scores with medically recognized ingredients, such as tannins and bitter substances, as well as essential oils, including thymol, carvacrol, cymol and borneol.
   
• Fenugreek (lat. Trigonella foenum-graecum) inspires with a high iron, magnesium and calcium content and also contains a lot of vitamin A and vitamin B, as well as essential oils.
   
• Caraway (lat. Carum carvi), in addition to fiber and protein, also contains essential fatty acids, especially omega 3 and omega 6, as well as flavonoids and some essential oils.

Consumption recommendation

Daily mix 30 ml Floratur EM Bio with 200 ml of water or juice and drink. The recommended minimum duration of use is 2 weeks. One bottle is enough for 16 days. The recommended portion (daily dose) for an adult is 30 ml. The bottle contains 16 servings.
 

Storage 

Please store in a cool place (+7°C), but not in the refrigerator and not under direct sunlight.
